Mike joined SpeedTracs in December 2010. With over 25 years of Sales and Sales Management with Macmillan Computer Publishing and IBM, Mike brings structured leadership and direction to the SpeedTracs Sales organization. In addition to Mike’s Fortune 100 sales and management experience, Mike brings years of AAU basketball and Middle School football and basketball coaching. A graduate of Coe College, Cedar Rapids, IA., Mike resides in Marietta, GA., with his wife Mary and daughters Amy 24, Ann 22 former D1 Women’s Soccer player and Abby 17 University of Alabama Women’s Soccer commit and son Philip 20 Auburn University Football. |

Based in our Midsouth office, Mercer joined the SpeedTracs team in the summer of 2011 after successful stints as both a sports field consultant and project fundraiser. Over the past three years, Mercer has been instrumental in both fundraising and project completion efforts for numerous schools in the Mid-South. Prior to becoming involved in the synthetic turf business, Mercer had been an entrepreneur in telecommunications, commercial business systems and software development over a 35 year career. Mercer currently serves on the board of the Memphis chapter of National Football Foundation and College Football Hall of Fame.

Rob has been with SpeedTracs since March 2008. He works to engage SpeedTracs with prospective coaches, athletic directors & other potential partners, which includes daily prospecting, relationship building and opportunity identification in multiple SpeedTracs markets. Rob has 30 years sales experience in Sales & Sales Management, he previously was principle in RPS Consulting Inc. A graduate of the University of Georgia in 1981 and a professional sports photographer. Rob is married to Linda Saye and they have one boy, Robby. |

Simon, a recent graduate of Georgia Southern University, joined SpeedTracs in June 2011. He has his Bachelor’s in General Studies with an emphasis on Exercise Science, Coaching Behavior, and Sociology. Through his time at Georgia Southern and studying Kinesiology, Simon has become familiar with the importance of fitness and wellness within athletes and everyday individuals. Being an assistant coach at the middle school and the high school levels has provided him with the sport specific knowledge and valuable player/coach interaction. Simon’s work experience involves being a part owner in a construction/remodeling business and a manager of a prestigious college bar. He currently resides in Statesboro, Ga where he is involved numerous intramural sports, FCA, and anything related to supporting Georgia Southern Athletics. |

Chad Lashley joined SpeedTracs as a Team Performance Coach in February 2012, after serving as a head football, baseball and weight lifting coach in Northwest Florida throughout the last 12 years. Coach Lashley spent the last four years as head football coach at Navarre High School in Navarre, Florida. During his tenure the Navarre Raiders set school records for wins in a season, play-off wins, consecutive wins in a row, points scored and appeared in Navarre high’s first trip to the FHSAA regional finals. Coach Lashley was named the WEAR-TV 3, Northwest Florida Daily News, and Pensacola News Journal Coach of the Year for the 2010 season. Prior to becoming the head coach at Navarre, he served as the Raider’s offensive coordinator, strength, speed and agility coach. Coach Lashley also worked as an assistant coach at Niceville, Chipley and Northview High School. He began his career at his Alma Mater, Northview High School, as an assistant coach prior to serving as the head football coach for two seasons. He has served as speed, agility and conditioning coach at each school. Coach Lashley recently completed his Master of Education from the University of Texas Arlington, and earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida. He lettered in football at Charleston Southern University and was a member of the 1998 NJCAA National Championship baseball team while attending Jefferson Davis Community College. Chad and his wife Amanda have three children; Taylor (8), Aden (5) and Gavin (4). |

Carol helped launch SpeedTracs and has worked in various areas throughout the company during its early growth. She now heads up the Coach Relations department and is our Account Manager for over 125 customers. Carol graduated in 1981 out of Athens after attending UGA, and graduated as an R.N. from the Medical College of Georgia. She spent several years in Pharmaceutical Sales for Ayerst Labs from 1983-1987. Carol worked most of her nursing career in the fields of Neurology, Neo Natal Care Unit, and as an Emergency Room nurse. Carol has 3 children, Heather, Tyler and Trey and resides in Marietta with her husband, Matt.
