Curriculum

Our curriculum combines structured curriculum with a performance tracking application to provide a comprehensive solution for on-going performance development.

The result is faster, stronger, more explosive athletes

Our structured curriculum works athletes through a progression of drills to improve linear, multi-directional and overall performance. This process ensures that the team trains together with the proper techniques and progressions to prevent injury, build confidence, and improve overall speed and agility.

To help prevent injuries, SpeedTracs uses progressions which teach the body how to move properly before the body goes through the movements at full speeds. The progressions are built so the body is strong enough to handle the increased demands on the muscles and ligaments that a bigger, faster, and stronger athlete creates.

SpeedTracs uses proven progressions which:

  • Improve fitness by using active flexibility and muscle recruitment patterns along with drills to work on stride length, stride frequency and power
  • Teach footwork progressions so athletes are more agile and improve acceleration and deceleration so they can change directions more efficiently
  • Utilize proper “work to rest” ratios and movements so strength gains can be turned into powerful and explosive movements
  • Increase injury prevention through flexibility and proper technique

All our curriculum include drills and instructional videos focused on specific needs, targeted training workout plans and tools to track performance and progress in five key areas: Speed, Agility, Explosion, Flexibility and Endurance.
